Fix 0.2

Added a fix:

-reduced bonus from arcana in spell damage
-stopped necrodancer boss from softlocking when hit with fireball
-better support for keyboard in ingame GUI
-keyboard now works in level up menu
-fireballs now shoot when facing down or left
-fireballs now deal the correct damage
